Adults can use baby shampoo, i use johnson and johnson sometimes because it makes my hair sooooooo soft! It's really good for any kind of hair, they just say baby/kids because it is gentle and has less chemical crap in it (which is also a good thing 4 everyone! but u know how pple are always buying shampoo to make their hair have more volume, or curl or straight...or blah blah blah) and also it won't burn if it gets in the kids eyes.
