have you ever eaten buffalos meat?

i mean do u eat them alone not grounded in hotdogs
I heard that they stuff intestines with rice and eat 'em.
and brains also are fried, liver and other stuff

I love liver, though I am the only one in my family (besides the dogs) who does. Buffalo is excellent and very lean. The rest I will pass on. Nationality: 4th generation American, but 3/4 German 1/4 British before that.

No. The heart is the only organ meat I will eat. I'm an appalachian American. Never tried buffalo.

i live in the u.s i have eaten buffalo meat,i have not eaten any of the other things although ive eaten moose heart and liver,which i found chewy and mildly gross,ive traveled a lot and ate some pretty strange things in asia.
