I bought Photoshop 5.0 online and cannot download. What's wrong??

I am assuming you mean Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.
If you paid for it and it wont download, then contact the sales or support from the adobe website and ask for help.
They will be able to get things working for you, or if needed send you a CD instead of downloading.
