fish is great for your brain as it contains essential oils which helps the brain function, also a handful of nuts a day can stave off alziemers apparently & fresh fruit & veg..get your five portions a day!!!!

coffee improves brain performance,proteins help make you alert and chocolate and sweet things are quick,short-term brain-foods. and yes fish such as salmon because of their omega oils just avoid fish heads.

Udo's oil is really really good. It contains all the fats(good) that you need. If you dont get enough good fat in your diet you wont feel right i.e. tiredness, depression, apathy, weakness. It makes a huge difference

plenty of water also helps in the brains function.teachers have found this to be especially true.
children are now encouraged to drink water during lessons.
it sounds so simple but it really works.
