the most oily fish are
mackrel, samon, and sardines. either fresh or tined. but fresh i wud say is better.
also fresh tuna has omega 3 but not as high as the others! also brazil nuts r great too. walnuts r said to help reduce cholestrol. seeds such as flax, sunflower and linseed r great, easiest way to eat is sprinkled in salads or cereal! good luck

Mackerel, Salmon and tuna are good source of omega3 fatty acids.
but they should be eaten boiled only otherwise fried or grilled will lose most of its value.
I recommend dietry supplements of omega 3 fatty acids, be sure it contains vitamin E as a perservative and source of antioxidant.
