Does it taste good if I make an egg sandwhich or scrambled eggs if I just take away the yellow part?

That is much healthier for you. There is a product called "no yolks"- they have whites only and taste pretty good.

The egg yolk contains most of the protein (50 percent) and lots of healthy vitamins and minerals but it also contains all the fat and cholesterol. So basically, egg yolks are really healthy in small amounts and I would recommend no more than 1 yolk a day (my teacher says no more than 3 a week). The egg whites contain 10 percent of the protein but no fat or cholesterol so you can eat more of that if you want. Salt and pepper and little bit of margarine improves the taste by a lot.

Egg white is the common name for the clear liquid (also called albumen or glair/glaire) contained within an egg. It is the cytoplasm of the egg, which until fertilization is a single cell. It consists mainly of about 10% proteins dissolved in water. Its primary purpose is to protect the egg yolk and also to provide additional nutrition for the growth of the embryo, as it is rich in proteins and is of high nutritional value. Unlike the egg yolk, it contains little fat.

Actually, the yellow part (The Yoke) is the part that is good for you and tastes better. The white part is not really good for you and except for the salt and pepper and cooking oil, there is no flavor to speak of.

Yes, I don't always eat the yellow part. If you put salt and a tiny bit of black pepper on your egg it will also taste nice. Either way, the answr is yes.

Why take the yellow away from an egg? Eggs are the best protein in the world,it's what all other protein's are measured from.

its a matter of personal taste. alot of people just eat egg whites.
i don't like runny yellows...so the only way i eat eggs is scrambled or hard.
