to buy where I live?

This is a question of law. I am not sure if it is legal to buy out of state and ship it in or if I am not allowed to buy it at all. This would be under Missouri law, but I can't find an exact answer.

I don't think you can bring it home. Its only illegal if you get caught, but I wouldn't risk it if I were you. I think its called transporting illegal substance,(even if its just alcohol) if its against the law to buy it where you live. I don't know exactly what the law is in your county but I would ask an officer from around you. He will tell you (cause he has to) and then you will know for sure. He can't arrest you for asking and they are there to "protect and serve". If its that big a deal I'd move. Some towns in some states have more liquor stores and bars than churches. LOL
