She probably feels rushed. She isnt ready for that kinda of comitment just yet. Give her some time, dont mention the L word for a while. Wait till she tells you that. Give her some time and maybe a little space. She'll warm up to you eventually.

She's being as positive as possible without returning the same sentiment ("I love you too"). She accepted what you feel, but doesn't feel the same (or she'd have said so). She's "...flattered...really happy...thinks you're nice & caring...appreciates your honesty & kindness", but, alas, doesn't feel the kind of love you feel for her.

It is what I would say if I were not into the guy but did not want to hurt his feelings. This does not mean there is anything wrong with you... the chemistry is not the same for both of you.

Well, this means she cares about you and hopes nothing bad will happen to you. Yes, she might take a glance at you once or twice, but it doesnt not mean she feels the same way you feel about her. I hope I helped!

be prepared to be dumped. if a girl says that kinda stuff it means she is not in love with u and she isnt going to be any time soon. also, the pressure that you have put on her is not good. it will put too heavy a weight on her shoulders. it will be awkward for weeks around her. and then, she'll let u go.

I think it depends on the situation.
If you´re dating her it might mean that she likes you a lot, but doesn't love you. But she could come to love you in time.
If you´re just friends it means excactly what she says and I don´t think she wants more than friendship.

I can tell you she likes you as a friend so has sweet words so as to not break your heart because you were brave to tell her that. alot of friendships get ruined over that because it feels wierd when it is only one way. She did not say she loved you back. that is a hint to you. she dont want to lose you as a friend because she realy does like you but just not that way.

I think its a good start. Very rarely do both people feel it at the same time- but often people will reciprocate to soon, when they are not actually there yet.
Give her time.

sometimes saying I love you can be a statement of commitment and maybe she is not ready to have a serious relationship,maybe she just wants to be friends.when you tell someone you love them (If they feel the same) their responce should be the same.
