I am sure He has a sense of "good" humor.
I was once with family and friends and some of my siblings were looking for four leaf clovers and it had been some time. I being cynical said "What do you expect to reach down and the next one to be a four-leaf clover". Of course, the very one I was pointing at was in deed four-leafed and very large. One friend implied that God must have been humorous with me to show up my cynicism.
Also recently I read a question on here where someone quoted random verses to support an unrelated argument. I thought to myself and said, "By that logic I could randomly call out a verse "Matthew 7:13" and claim that it holds the Key to salvation; at the time I did not know the verse. Funny it actually does speak about the path to Salvation.
Matthew 7:13
13"Enter through the narrow gate. For wide is the gate and broad is the road that leads to destruction, and many enter through it.

**Do you think God tells jokes? **
God indeed tells jokes and Abram laughed.
The Bible Genesis 17: 15 - 17
God also said to Abraham, "As for Sarai your wife, you are no longer to call her Sarai; her name will be Sarah. I will bless her and will surely give you a son by her. I will bless her so that she will be the mother of nations; kings of
peoples will come from her." Abraham fell face down; he laughed and said to himself, "Will a son be born to a man a hundred years old?
Will Sarah bear a child at the age of ninety?" And Abraham said to God, "If only Ishmael might live under your blessing!"
Sarah says God made her laugh too.
The Bible Genesis 18: 10 - 12
Then the LORD said, "I will surely return to you about this time next year, and Sarah your wife will have a son." Now Sarah was listening at the entrance to the tent, which was behind him. Abraham and Sarah were already old and well advanced in years, and Sarah was past the age of childbearing. So Sarah laughed to herself as she thought, "After I am worn out and my master is old, will I now have this pleasure?"
Yes, infinitely funny, though unbelievable and at times fantastical.

If you consider leading a "chosen" people, who wandered in the desert for 40 years, to the only spot in the Middle East where you can't poke a stick in the ground and strike oil, as funny. I guess if it was real, it would be a great joke.

We are made in his image are we not? We have a sense of humor, so he must have one. As Robin Williams says, where do you think the platypus comes from? :)

G-d is humorous; yes. Even Jesus shows His joy. Religion portrays him to be serious, but He is joyful & humorous, yes.
