You would probably die. You can't inject anything into veins except sterile water-based solutions, specially prepared lipids (fats) designed for hospital use, and intravenous medications. Anything else will probably cause a raging infection (bacteria in the milk in the butter) and damage to your heart and vascular system. If you don't die, you may lose the body part where you injected it due to infection.
But there are special lipids that they give in hospitals if people are unable to take fats by mouth or feeding tube for a long time. This helps them survive longer than they would with just sugar water.

The injection of butter into your blood stream would lead to the palpitation of the heart. The irregular fluid would not register in your areties and would thus cause your heart to beat faster and faster until you eventually had a heart attack.

You would get a blood infection and be very sick for a long time. Not worth the effort.
