Yes it would. All they see is a drink.
Lots of confusion here! Calves drink the cows milk, cows drink water - gallons of it a day, but if you put a bucket of milk in front of a cow and it is thirsty it will drink it.

nope only babies drink milk. Cows drink water calves drink the cows milk for a short time.

People tried drinking bat milk. It was hard milking in a bat cave, dark and all that. Then they tried dolphins... Cows were domesticated and it was easier getting that cream in a bottle.

No! And if they did it would not work They have a four-stomach digestive system which is designed for grass and herbs.Cats will drink milk except for my Helmut Katt which drinks only Snapps with Pomelo juice. (Thats where he gets his hats too. Brilliant recycler)

young bullocks will suckle when ever they get a chance, but the cows usually kick them out of the way - have better things to do

It would drink water first but if there was none they might drink milk.
