Don't rush to lose it so quickly. The best is slow but steadily.
The optimal weight loss should be about 2-3 pounds per week. If you lose 2, you will lose 16 in 2 months. If you lose 3, you will be pretty close to your goal.
You can try this website. It is free and you can customize it to your needs. http://kraftfoods.com/kf/HealthyLiving/MealPlanner/MealPlanner.htm
There is a meal and fitness planner there. It will give you exercises to do and how long each day to help you reach your goal.
Good Luck!

Just to let you know, you don't have a bad weight. You're weight is pretty good. But if you really want to lose that much weight... You will never lose that much in a month. try making it 10 pounds or 15. No sugar, AT ALL. have under 15 grams of carbs a day. Eat a lot of fruits and veggies. Exercise 2 hours a day. Don't eat after 7. Eat 3 small meals a day, plus 2 snacks. But the snacks can only be either apples, oranges, of any kind of berry. Try making the apple or orange as big as you can find. Just remember to NOT GIVE UP! It you find it getting too hard, then start eating normal snacks (but still healthy). If you want to lose that much weight, you really have to be determined. Also, crunches won't help your stomach get slimmer. It will just build more muscle under the fat. Try eating under 600 calories a day. BUT ONLY DO THAT FOR A MONTH. It HAS to be short term, because eating under 600 calories a day long term is extremely unhealthy. During the school year, if you want, do weight watchers.

I was overweight when I was 13 too... I am almost 18 and still overweight... So good luck with that... I wouldn't put a time limit of 2.5 months on it unless you're going to try REALLY hard... Think of this: How long did it take to put on the 30 lbs? I'm just lazy and not motivated. Stick to the "healthy" foods and exercise... In 2.5 months, you could try to lose 30lbs... don't get dicouraged if you don't...

Hi Kiddo, limit sugar, which means giving up soft drinks, and only eat whole grain breads, fresh fruit and lots of vegetables. Do not eat french fries, potatoes chips, or hamburgers opting for broiled chicken sandwich and salad, and no cereal that have lots of sugar in them. Drink 1% or 2% milk. Get mom or dad involved to learn how to read the nutrition that is on the package. Remember that 5gm.= 1 teaspoon of sugar, which means that is something you are going to eat or drink says that it has 27gms of sugar in it, you are going to be consuming 5.5 teaspoons of sugar, which is normally in 1/2 can of soft drink. Limit your carbohydrates to 300gm per day, that is what turns into fat. Sugar=Carborhydrates= Fat. Eat at least 1200 calories a day, do not try to starve yourself. Starving causes your body to actually eat itself, which means you lose muscle mass. Also drink at least 6 glasses of water a day, which I know can be hard to do when you are in school.

Your diet: Vegetable: broccoli, french or regular style green beans, salad mix with low calorie/low fat dressing. (THE VEGGIES ARE FROZEN NOT CANNED)
****Stay away from all carbs--breads, rice, potatoes, etc.
Exercise: cardio, some resistance, crunches, jogging-(the best),
and make sure you discuss this with your mother or care provider for their support and input. DO NOT TAKE PILLS OR STARVE YOURSELF> take supplements such as b6, b12, folic acid, vitE, and iron. These are relatively inexpensive at wal-mart.
