Will a tanning bed help cover up my stretch marks on my legs?

They don't tan so they become more obvious. Try the gradual tanning lotions or the foams, they might color them and make them blend in more with your skin.

stretch marks wont tan as much and sun damage can damage skin more. no sun vitamin e or scar creams that you can now get over the counter..ask the pharmacist
and time ...help reduce but not get rid of them.
if you are really worried you can also get leg makeup.
get in good shape and the muscles will make all look tighter and better.

i have been tanning alot lately and i think my stretch marks are more obvious

Not exactly.
Actually stretchmarks tend to be white or alittle whiter than the person atleast. So if you go tannin' then your body will get tan but your strechmarks dont.

Tanning beds are bad, it's like skin cancer that costs money.I would have to say,try something different.

nope- scars do not tan as well
stretch marks are a form of scarring
