It depends.
The yellow part has the flavor and the fat and cholesterol.
The white is almost pure protein.
So it depends.
Is a lack of flavor bad? If so, the white part is bad.
Is the fat and the cholesterol bad? If so, the yolk is bad.
But none of it is really bad if you live like an Aspenite: excess in moderation.
(I just saw where someone said you're eating a baby! That's funny. Chickens lay eggs whether they're fertilized or not. The eggs from the grocery store come from love starved, forlorn chickens who aren't allowed to breed. No potential chicks were harmed in your eating.)

Neither part is "bad". The only bad egg is one that floats when put in water. If it sinks it is good. They tried a few years ago to say the yellow yoke is bad, but that did not stick after we pelted them with good eggs. They now recommend eating eggs a couple times a week. Next week they may change their minds. Just ignore the food police and eat what you want in moderation. You do have to watch out for california spinich and lettuce fertilized organically with human poop. Organic foods are not regulated and people are getting sick and some are dying.

No part of the egg is "bad" for you. The yellow portion has more fat is all. You just have to eat a balanced diet in the right proportions to maintain good health. There are no "bad" foods, just bad eating habits unless of course you include processed foods that might have chemicals added to them or something like that.

Neither are "bad" but the yellow part is the worst part of it for you health wise. The clear stuff, egg whites, is the healthy part.

The yellow has the cholesterol, but the egg is very good for you if you don't over do it .or if you are not having a cholesterol problem already .

in moderation and if not fried in oil neither. The yellow yolk has some of the most complete proteins which you can't get in most other foods but it has the most fat and cholesterol between it and the whites!
