What's the difference between an Apple Martini and a Sour Apple Martini? Also, is both sweet or bitter?

Ok... one of my personal favorite drinks... They are not really sour at all. I have tried several different kinds amde by different bartenders. The Sour apple one has a little tiny bit of a pucker but if you have tried sour apple pucker you have tried a sour apple martini... not too sour...Its sweet mot bitter at all... The first 2 recipes I have tried and are very very very good!! Most bartenders make the sour apple one when you ask for a appletini.... Enjoy, I know I do.... hmmmmm I am now a little thirsty...smile...
I added a couple other variations of the recipe...

Sour Apple Martini Recipe

Ingredients

3 oz .Lemon Lime soda
3 oz. Apple Juice
1 oz. Dekuyper Sour Apple Pucker Schnapps®
1 oz. Absolut Vodka®
Directions: In a tall glass with ice, add the two alcohols
and then the apple juice and soda.Stir and enjoy!


Simple apple martini recipe
Ingredients:
1 part vodka
1 part apple schnapps
1 part apple juice
Directions:
Pour all ingredients into a shaker.
Shake well and strain into a martini glass.


Apple Pie Martini Recipe
6 parts vanilla flavored vodka
1 part Calvados
1 part dry vermouth
Apple slice
Combine liquid ingredients in a cocktail shaker
with cracked ice and shake well. Strain into a
chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a thin piece
of apple.


Sour Apple Martini recipe
2 oz citrus vodka
1/2 oz DeKuyper® Sour Apple Pucker schnapps
1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
Assemble all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and
shake well with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail
glass, garnish with a slice of apple, and serve.

Apple Martini is a wonderful drink and average sweet, but not as sweet as Midori Sour. Hope you enjoy it as much as me.
