Your period has no effect on your swimming in Phys. Ed. It's a possibility that it could come, but you won't start bleeding profusely in the pool or anything...if you start, just take care of it!

I think you'll be fine. At most you will have slight spotting. Also you could use a really light tampon for precaution. Best of luck.
