Many are not able to prove themselves faithful until death nor endure hateful persecution till the end, but these things are required to be saved--" And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved." [Matthew 10:22 ]
Also, you must know the true God (Psalms 83:18) and his Son, in order to gain everlasting life, whether on earth or in heaven.--" And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent."_John 17:3
There is a "little flock" of Christians who earn the right to rule in God's heavenly government and there are millions of Christians today who are proving themselves worthy of receiving the wonderful hope of living forever on a cleansed earth, free from Satan's wicked influence and free from all injustice, sickness and even death.

A lot of Christians say salvation comes through Jesus.

The Watchtower says salvation comes through Jehovah's Witnesses: "Only Jehovah's Witnesses...have any Scriptural hope of surviving the impending end of this doomed system dominated by Satan" Sept 1, 1989

The WT also said (in 1917) that God would destroy all the churches in 1918 and then everyone left would turn to Charles Taze Russell, the founder of Jehovah's Witnesses . (The Finished Mystery)

I'd put my money on Jesus

What other organization has changed Romans 10:13 from "lord" to "Jehovah"?

verse 9: ...publicly declare that "word in your own mouth" that Jesus is Lord

verse 17: In turn the thing heard is through the word about Christ.

1 Cor 1:2: "calling upon the name of our Lord, Jesus Christ"

1 Cor 8:6 "there is one Lord, Jesus Christ"

We are all saved from our sins, Jesus defeated sin when He died on the cross.

One cannot be saved from condemnation until they die, like the seed that fell on the rock in Jesus' Parable of the Sower some will follow the Word for a short time but then turn away.

So the question should read "How does one guarantee they will be saved"? The Word clearly gives the answer on this subject.

Romans 10
8b "The word is near you; it is in your mouth and in your heart," that is, the word of faith we are proclaiming: 9That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved. 11As the Scripture says, "Anyone who trusts in him will never be put to shame." 12For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile—the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, 13for, "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."

Mark 16
16Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.

1 Peter 3
18For Christ died for sins once for all, the righteous for the unrighteous, to bring you to God. He was put to death in the body but made alive by the Spirit, 19through whom also he went and preached to the spirits in prison 20who disobeyed long ago when God waited patiently in the days of Noah while the ark was being built. In it only a few people, eight in all, were saved through water, 21and this water symbolizes baptism that now saves you also—not the removal of dirt from the body but the pledge of a good conscience toward God. It saves you by the resurrection of Jesus Christ, 22who has gone into heaven and is at God's right hand—with angels, authorities and powers in submission to him.

Confess you are a sinner, believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God born of a virgin, was crucified on Calvary for our sins, died and arose on the third day, ascended into heaven and now sits on the right hand of the Father as our advocate. Confess Jesus before man, if you do not know Him on earth, He will not know you in Heaven. Then be baptized by water and go to Church read
your Bible. abstain from sin, that, how you do it. God bless you.

Ok, your entitled to express your opinions, and so am I. I believe in Jesus, I believe that he died on a cross for my sins (and yours), and I believe that if I die today that I would go to heaven. Let me ask you this, do you have any reassurance as to where you will be when you die. Now, I am not going to sit here and tell you that your going to hell. B/c that is totally not any of my business. But I will tell you that If having hope, and faith in something that will last forever makes me retarded, then so be it. B/c I would much rather be the one who has hope than the one who doesn't.

Rom 10: 13 For “everyone who calls on the name of Jehovah will be saved.” 14 However, how will they call on him in whom they have not put faith? How, in turn, will they put faith in him of whom they have not heard? How, in turn, will they hear without someone to preach? 15 How, in turn, will they preach unless they have been sent forth? Just as it is written: “How comely are the feet of those who declare good news of good things!”

16 Nevertheless, they did not all obey the good news. For Isaiah says: “Jehovah, who put faith in the thing heard from us?” 17 So faith follows the thing heard. In turn the thing heard is through the word about Christ. 18 Nevertheless I ask, They did not fail to hear, did they? Why, in fact, “into all the earth their sound went out, and to the extremities of the inhabited earth their utterances.”

What other organization is calling on Jehovah?
What other organization is preaching Jehovah's name in connection with Jesus?

First you get yourself into deep trouble and have feelings of overwhelming guilt. A 'witness' then explains that there is an escape clause in the Bible. You must believe in the Bible above all else before you even crack it. When you are witnessed changing from a guilty evil-doer to a soldier of God. BOOM, you are saved. All there is to do now is to be baptized, swear alliegence to your new church, accept all its tenets, practice loathing homosexuals and pro-choicers and socialists and finally learn all the buzzwords to better loathe homosexuals and pro-deathers. (believing that the death penalty is NOT pro-death, of course)

By asking Jesus Christ to forgive you of your sins, and by asking him to come into your heart. By believing the fact that he gave up His life for yours and died on the cross for your sins, so that you could have everlasting life in Heaven with Him.
