Homemade Sausage, Cheese, and Egg Bisquit Sandwich's (like Mc Donalds)

You may use English muffins, crescents sliced in 1/2, or bisquits from the grocery store, make as many sandwhich's as you like.
1 cooked round sausage patty, or 3 to 4 short cooked bacon slices, per sandwhich
1 fried egg, per sandwhich
1 slice of cheese per sandwhich, cheddar, jack, gouda, mozzarela, your choice, or you can use the Kraft packaged kind, it melts well, but Yuck!
slivers of onion (optional)

Assemble the ingriedients on the bread, top it with the other slice of bread
Place on a plate, and microwave about 1 minute, or until the cheese is melted
For a softer sandwhich, wrap in plastic wrap, or freezer bag, before microwaving.
Yummy!

(a pat of butter in a skillet, crack an egg open, and fry for about 1 minute, flip it, sprinkle a tiny pinch of salt and pepper on it. If you want the yolk soft, wait until the whites are fully cooked, and when you make the sandwhich, the gooey, yummy yolk with ooze out all over! Yum, Yum!)

One of the best fried egg sandwiches I've had is simple and good.
Take a small skillet frying pan and put in some butter or margarine or if you are a bacon eater you can use some bacon fat too for extra flavor. just enough to cover the bottom of the pan so the egg does not swim in it.
Bring the butter etc. to bubbling add a slice of smoked ham like for a sandwich in thickness....or two pieces...turn over to heat through...remove and place on fresh buttered bread.
Then into the same pan. crack an egg in a saucer to make sure it's not discolored and fresh, slowly slip the egg in the butter. keep the egg on med heat with a lid to half cover....add a tablespoon of water to it on the sides and cover until it forms a cover over the egg yolk...cook to desired doneness. I like mine where the yolk is medium shakes in the middle. place it on the bread and ham slice. Yum..pepper it too...the ham already has salt in it so go easy on the salt if you need it.......AND EAT IT! ......

A different kind of 'fried egg sandwich'...
With a glass or round cookie-cutter, cut a hole in bread slice (eat the cutout on the side, etc.). Place the slice in your buttered pan, and crack an egg into the hole. When the egg is set to your liking, flip to cook the other side, browning the bread. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and grated cheese, if you like.

THIS IS THE BEST ONE EVER: Take one egg. place in a soup bowl or similar, break the yolk up with a fork, sprinkle with salt a pepper. Microwave for 60 seconds. If still a bit watery put back for anothe 20 secs. add a slice of cheese on top. put back for 15 secs.

remove the egg and place on top of your choice of crossiant or bagel or toast, whatever you like.

Thats the way they make it in a lot of fast food joints

Whatever you throw in the garbage next after it.

I rarely eat eggs. When I do I prefer them scrambled or deviled.

Before you fry the egg, fry a slice of Bologna.
Then fry the egg, and just before it is done, place a slice of cheese on it, till melted, and then toast your bread, coat slices with mayo, and put it together, problem is, you can't eat just one.
