My 15 year old son has requested that he start wearing diapers. He is about 5'5" and is about 120 pounds. What brand of diapers should I get and what size.

Go ahead and buy them for him, if you don't, then he will find a way to get them for himself and it won't stop him from wearing them, at least if you buy them then you will know how many and how often.
You can buy youth diapers on the internet through several of the medical sites or you can go to your corner drug store and buy the smallest size adult diaper they carry.
I'd buy the store brand for him, as he gets older and gets a job, if he wants the more expensive brands then he can buy them himself.
Let him enjoy them, they are harmless.

Attends makes a youth-sized diaper, and many other manufacturers do as well. He might have to wear the adult small size ones though. You'll need his waist size to determine the size of diapers to get him.

Dont let him wear diapers. That is gross. He can pee and poop in a toilet, so make him. Find out what kind of people he is hanging around with, and cut off all connections. That is weird!
