stop lifting heavy weights and switch to lighter weights and more reps. you will get smaller, leaner muscles. if you just stop lifting weights then it will turn to fat & won't get smaller! it is the muscle that burns a lot of fat in your body.

doing cardio along with the light weight lifting will help also.
