I'm practising making marzipan flowers, and later I'll try to cover a cake. Any tips of how I can keep it as non-sticky as possible? Thanks

Dust your hands with a slight bit of flour or use some powdered sugar. Make sure the marzipan is cold but still flexible so you can work with it.

Dust it with a little icing sugar, dust your fingers with it too. You'll also need to try and keep your hands as cool as possible. Good luck! = )
