My shitzu pups are 32 days old today...when should they start walking?

Question

They sort of scoot along the floor now. When will there little legs be strong enough to carry them and is there anything I can do to help this process along? Should I be trying to feed them regualr dog food. Since they have no teeth that may be a little hard to do. How soon can they start learning about their name, what it is, what to do when they hear it, etc....Anything that you think might be of help to me about these precious little guys would be very valuable to me.

Also, does anyone know how to get to the website for PETA. My neighbors are doing some things that I'm not to sure what to do about, I thought I might get some helpful hints from them

They really should be walking by now!! Take them to the vet and have them looked at to make sure you do not have "swimmer" puppies!!!!!!!!!!!! They can eat warm water soaked kibble.

I had a shih tzu that was a "swimmer" puppy--the vet showed me how to use tape to safely tape his rear legs--you dont know what I'm talking about but your vet will. You really need to take them in.

And, if your neighbors are "doing somethings", then you call the cops or animal control, not peta.

At 4 weeks, momma should be weaning them and you can supplement her feeding them with some baby cereal mixed with a puppy formula which you can get at PetSmart or PetCo.
DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MILK it can give them diarrhea. They should be walking well in another week or two. The stronger they get, the better they will walk.

3 weeks probably co'z my dogs puppie's can walk already after 2and half to 3 weeks
