It can be the result of poor blood circulation. Is it all of the time or just at your computer? Sometimes excessive usage of a computer, especially where your workstation is not correctly set up (ie chair height, keyboard distance from the shoulders etc) can result in a reduced blood flow to your extreme body parts such as fingers, toes, nose and ears.

The reason for that is that you are losing heat from your body to your surrounding environments, as heat travels from hot sources to cold through conduction.
The reason why this is happening to you and not your family members might be the fact that your body is heating up a bit more than theirs and therefore require a little more energy to be dissipated . And usually this comes from the face region and the hands. As the heat leaves your body to the surround environments, that area feels colder. Hope thats helped.

Cold hands can indicate a circulation problem. If you have poor blood circulation to that area, it will be colder. In my experience this is not usually serious - just annoying. But, if it really bothers you, ask your doc about it the next time you go in and see what they think.

You could have Reynaud's Disease.
Or you could just be cold. Put some slippers on and a nice warm sweatshirt. Have momma make you some hot chocolate and snuggle up with the dog.

try taking a multivitamin. Generally, it's poor circulation caused by a potassium (vitamin K) deficiency.

I have to agree with the possibility of Raynaud's disease. At any rate, don't take any type of medication (even more vitamins) without first checking about the problem with your Doctor.

you could have reynauds phenomenon. My mom has it and i probably have it too. It's when your extremities get really cold. It's genetic i think so check with your parents or grandparetns.
