The only way is to change your life style and bad eating habits...try to lower the bad carbs, donuts, white rice, too much take out food, more veggies chicken, fish, you can still have treats by all means and keep a food journel really helped my hubby lose 55 pounds over 2 years ago..he still keeps a journel writes down the food he eats, feels for the day ect.. really works:) p.s try to get some exercise in 3 times a week...
