I don't think so. Apple has it's own Operating system.

It's popular to use VirtualPC or other emulators to run Windows inside of. An emulator will basically run instructions that a different processor is designed to do (apples and ibm compatibles use different instruction sets)

Newer systems are capable of running Windows without a separate program though.

Yes, you will have to install if you do not already have it. Make sure you use mac boot disk
