I don't think so. Apple has it's own Operating system.

Intel based laptops can (which got here out early this 3 hundred and sixty 5 days). Apple presented the bootloader to place in abode windows and on booting the device you will get the call of which OS to run - abode windows or Mac

It's popular to use VirtualPC or other emulators to run Windows inside of. An emulator will basically run instructions that a different processor is designed to do (apples and ibm compatibles use different instruction sets)
Newer systems are capable of running Windows without a separate program though.
