Why not contact the closest Veterans Administration hospital in your area? I'm sure they can give you information.

Contact the Department of Veterans Affairs, or your local Veterans Hospital.

Check your phone book for a nearby VA (Veteran's Administration) Hospital. You'd better call them first to ask if it's ok to bring your dog in. Best wishes!
