Sickening, isn't it? I'm not quite in the range you're talking about, as I will turn 18 in April, but trust me, guys 14 to 18, high school age, are no better. Frankly, it appalls me. Chivalry is very important to me, and nothing angers me quite like a man who doesn't respect women.
My sister, a college sophomore, is in a women's studies class. She had to interview someone on women's relationships with men and with each other, and men's relationships with women and each other. She chose to interview me because she thought, rightly so, that I would have helpful opinions on the subject, condusive to the paper she had to write, and that pro-female opinions would sound stronger coming from a guy. A quote from the interview that supports your view of men in your generation.
"I don't like guys... guys suck." Sounds familiar, yes?

Because american women are so full of themselfs guys are sick of them. Also guys don't like the way women sleep around so much. It is no secret that so many women are sluts and guys pick up on this real fast. If you want respect you have to give it.
A young man wants a good, clean talking woman, not the trash talking women of today.

maybe you are not meeting the ight guys between 19-23. i know i was raised right and i am 19. but you got to think the reason that they dont respect you is because you females dont respnd to respect most of the time.

I blame the divorced parents who didn't have the time to raise their sons to respect women and learn discipline and good work ethics. Now we have this generation of guys who think it is okay to sit on their fat butts and let the woman do all the work.

Not all of them....there are still some that learned something from their mothers. But I know what you mean. Women still dont make as much money as men so why did they stop opening doors and paying for checks. We are ladies and should be treated like ladies.

Well I dont date in that age group so I guess I am lucky my boyfriend is 29 and the greatest guy to walk the earth, maybe you should date older guys! good luck

None of them do. Im going thru a problem with my 23 yr old right now. he is rude nasty and uncontrollable we are about to break up

It's just the guys you are meeting; not all men in that age range do.
