i have a friend i asked out a year ago and she said no. since then we have gone to dinners, movies, and once i went to her hous eand she took me on a picnic. so the thing is im confused about the naturte of our relationship. does she like me? she told me no when i asked her out but then she takes me on a picnic? what is going on and what should i do about it?

Sounds like you have a gread friendship with her, but maybe that's all she wants. It is possible to do all these with a friend. However, it was a year ago since you asked her out. Maybe she has changed her mind.
First thing you need to do is pay attention. Is she flirting with you? Or are her feelings towards you just friendly, and brotherly? Pay attention to details. She might be giving you signals that might let you know she likes you.
However, after a while if you are still confused, ask her straight up to tell you once and for all if she would like to go out with you, or if she would just like to be friends.
If she just wants to be friends then respect her wishes, and don't ruin your friendship. However, she may be interested in you. So better to find out for sure.

She probably didn't say no because she didn't like you. She said no because she may not have been ready to be in a relationship with you. Dates are dates. They are used to get to know people better. Some people only go on a few. Some go on hundreds. If it really bothers you, ask her if she went through a bad break up and tell her you're there for her and you're really interested. Make sure she knows you're intentions are good.

i think she just wants to be friends...i go to the movies and dinner with my guy friends all the time and theres nothing romantic about or relationships....so if she's intrested in u she'll eventually say something or make a move but for now i think she's just interested in ur friendship

She really likes you as a friend and doesn't want to ruin your relationship by kissing and/or sex. Wait for this one to develop, it will be a great loving relationship if it is not pushed. You may have to wait for months or years, but she seems to relish your company.

well i did that to one of my guy freinds but i think she just will like you as a good friend and wants to take u places or!!!!!!! shelike you but she probably not sure wether u still like after she siad no so she taking you out and stuff so u can ask her again so this time she might just say yes!
but dont go out of the lim and ask she see if she give you hints that she like you and if she dose go for it!!!

Maybe her feelings have changed? Or it could simply be that she really enjoys your friendship and likes to hang out with you. Either way, it is up to you to decide what you can live with. Either a friend, or not.
