Avoid him. Flaunt a new boyfriend in his face, if he carries on tell him you'll have him for sexual harrassment. Personal affairs should not be mixed with work at all. Or match make find him someone else to focus his attention on.

I would talk with him and make it sure you want to establish a relationship that is strictly platonic and a working relationship. If he is controlling in the work environment and it is effecting your work and pressuring you then that is sexual harrassment. It might also be in your best interest to start looking for another job if you think things are not going to get better.

how does he treat you at work, if you can prove he treats you unfairly or is harassing you maybe they can assign you to a different boss, or you can change departs or something so that he isnt your boss.
