well things don't have to be perfect all the time! Just get away with it for now and eat all you want...just pretend you didn't eat anything.....

Drink a pint of water or sugar free squash. Sometimes we suffer from hunger pangs simply because our body is thirsty, but our stomach does not know the difference between desiring liquids or solids.
The water should fill you up, at least for an hour or so.
Failing that, start watching a good movie, playing a good game, or asking/answering a load of questions here - anything to take your mind off of the 'hunger' situation.

Way too much sugar, dude. Cut out the sweets and eat a normal healthy diet. Avoid snack foods like the plague. If you want to maintain or lose weight then it's all in what you eat. A healthy diet and a reasonable exerecise program are your very best bet here. You won't notice any changes "overnight" but over time they will become apparent. Good luck and stay healthy.

Drink as much water as u can manage to begin with. Then wait 15 mins. If u still feel hungry, do something to take ur mind off of eating. If this doesnt work, have something to eat of the non-carb variety.

Smoke a ***!! Only joking, thats an awful piece of advice! Take up a hobby that involves concentrating, like knitting or cross stitch. Go for a walk to take your mind off it or exercise as the endrophins seem to quash my appetite. Maybe drinking a fruit juice would take the edge off (is that allowed?) or eat more protein in your evening meal, its digested more slowly than carbs so it helps you stay feeling full for longer.

Drink milk and hot tea. I use to drink this when I didn't have time to eat before I went to school. After a cup of this it will fill you up. Or drink water or drink milk or hot milk with sugar which I drank when I had to take medicine in school and had to take food with it. There is alot of drinks that can fill you up. Thats just the one I know

Have a hot drink as this is filling you need to buy those hot chocolate flavour drinks as they are nice and only 40 caleries orange/mint/chocolate.
Water is also filling and another good tip is to brush your teeth sounds daft but honest it does work.
Stay up and earn lots of point on here go to the homework section they need help as it has to be in tom.lol
