well go on a very strict diet, not counting fat but calories, (most people make this mistake) try to stay at 1000 calories or less. If you were trying to lose it over a longer period of time I would say 1200. Don't go less than 1000 or you start to starve your body. Exercise cardio at least 4 times a week and strenghting exercises 3 times. I lost a TON of weight from the Firm exercises in a very short ammount of time when I had my third baby, my hubby was coming home from Iraq and I lost 45 lbs in 2 months following that exact diet. You can buy the frim at Target if you don't want to order online. Also if you don't want to do that go to Target or Wal MArt, and get the biggest loser workout, it will kick your butt. Good Luck

The Grapefruit Diet! Here is the key, this is a fast loss, so you eat this diet for 14 days and then take 4 days OFF and then back for 14 days and so on.
*Nothing white during the 14 days on. No sugar, milk, bread, pasta, or white vegetables!!
Breakfast:
One egg
2 pieces of Bacon
1/2 grapefruit or 6 oz. glass of unsweetened grapefruit juice
Lunch:
Salad with Chicken or Steak topping
Eat as much as you like! No white dressing!
1/2 grapefruit or 6 oz. glass of unsweetened grapefruit juice
(I love to get the pre-marinated foster farms breast. Bake for 25 minutes the night before and shredd it up! I can add it to salad for lunch for 3 days and be full! I also love the herb and basalmic vinagrette dressing from Safeway Select!)
Dinner:
One serving of Meat (chicken, steak, pork etc.) Cooked how you like, eat as much as you like!
One serving of steamed vegetables! (Broccolli no cauliflower or mushrooms)
1/2 grapefruit or 6 oz. glass of unsweetened grapefruit juice
*Note:
After you lose your desired "quick" weight you can go back to your normal eat schedule but keep the grapefruit at each meal!

Not trying to win points but, the best way to lose weight the easy way is: PORTION CONTROL.
To speed up the wt process- work out too. Cardio is the best along with portion control.

I really do not advice it!!!!!
But if you wanna lose that amount you need a bit of starvation....
remember not completely otherwise your metabolism slows down.
Also exercise....beware as this will really be nasty.
Ideally you should aim to lose 2 pounds a week at the most.
