Without chemicals? The answer is simple - soap and water, and wash several times a day. Try to avoid all greasy foods - no chips, no fried anything. Drink lots of water - 64 daily ounces are suggested, but that should be considered a minimum, and for people with no skin problems. Those suffering from acne should add another 32ozs as a minimum.

If you can, at least spring for the moist cleansing pads like those by Clearasil or Noxzema. It works wonders to be able to hit your brow or cheeks with one of those in the middle of the day when you notice a shiny complexion and are away from soap and water.

Pimples are not usually just something you can get rid of with soap and water. They usually happen because something is going on internally with your blood system . You might be able to treat them with a topical cream like Clearasill. However, if they keep occurring you need to go see a doctor. Go to a dermatologist for advice and treatment. Many times pimples are a symptom of some disorder in our bodies. Just washing your skin may not help.

if you have toothpaste with flouride in it, use a spot of it on each spot on your face, like you would with acne cream. It helps dry out the oil that causes zits. Put it on before you go to bed, wash it off in the morning. Or, use ivory soap, wash your face with it but don't wash the soap off. Let it dry on there, just takes a few minutes, and leave it on overnight. Does the same thing as the toothpaste, dries up the oils without beign too harsh on the skin.

The trick is not getting them in the first place. Try to keep your skin clean, free of the oils that can clog up your pores. Use soaps that are medicated and perhaps midly abrasive that will help peal and heal your problem skin.
