Constantly depressed, meds (40mg lexapro, 150mg welbutrin xr and 50mg trazodone oh and .125mc levoxothirine) still down, still feel like everyone hates me,unloved, despite contrary evidence. Doc doesnt know about the feelings of bad esteem, but at this point all he can sugest is talk therapy, something Ive had before and really dont want.

One of the meds you listed is for a thyroid problem. Thyroid problems can often mimic manic and depressive episodes. Get that level checked. The other 3 meds you listed are for depression. Talk therapy is the best way to go about solving your dilemma. I understand the "been there, done that and hated it" part. You haven't listed any panic episodes, insomnia, hyperactivity, or continuous sleeping in your question. What about your eating habits, sexual conduct, alcohol and drug use, and irrational thinking?
Honestly, it sounds to me that your thyroid may be off and your symptoms of depression are feeling worse because of that, not bipolar. Talking this out is the best way for I am assume you really don't want or need to be any more medicated than what you are.

I don't see any signs in you of manic episodes which would be necessary to diagnose bipolar disorder. Manic episodes must last at least 7 days consistently including symptoms of reduced need for sleep, doing things out of character such as compulsive shopping or promiscuity, possible psychosis, feelings of greatness or grandier. Some suffer from hypomanic episodes which are less severe and last at least 4 days at a time. You must have at least one manic or hypomanic episode in your lifetime to be diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Simple moodiness does not qualify. Also lexapro or any other SSRI medication is known to cause manic episodes in those with bipolar that take it. So if you were bipolar you probably would have had a manic episode by now.

Sounds to me you probably have treatment resistant depression, from the given information. It's not possible to diagnose over the internet of course. I think it's time to find a new psychiatrist. I hope you aren't seeing a family doctor for those meds. Most psychiatrists suck as i was just telling alkalinetrioguy. You have to shop around. Therapists are another thing that you have to shop around for until you find one you like. Not all of them will fit your personality or needs. Therapy and medication are found to be equally effective on depression. Using them both is your best bet. Good luck! Don't resolve yourself to thinking you will always feel this way. I got better and you can too.

Watch Cinderella. My ex-wife was bi-polar and for some reason, watching classic Disney films always made her feel better.

one minute you laugh and smile and feel excited and think the world is the most wonderful place ever...then next you're depressed and don't wanna go out and think the world sucks.

I suggest you get rid of chemical stuff in your body and work things out with a good therapist. you can make it :)
