Where should I go to meet wonderfull and beautiful Hispanic or Black women (i'm black)

well if it was for the first time..
maybe go to a restaurant or something. make them feel safe first cuz if i was meeting a guy for the first time, id want to go to place where theres a lot of people so that say the guy is a raper or whatnot..theres people there..im not saying that your a guy like that..but sometimes women think like that.
oh yeah and also..since it is the first time..make it more like fun you know? where like its social and stuff..then when you both start getting closer then a place where you guys are secluded ok..
or you can jus go to a social enviroment first and later when you feel like she's comfortable to be alone, then take her to a place where it can just be you two
