Crikey, don't panic - talk to her, try and get to know her. IF she likes you then fine, it's nice. If not, you are only 13 - there's absolutely no reason to worry about it yet, just move on and don't worry about it, you aren't even an adult yet - there's plenty of time for girlfriends yet.

become her friend first
find out what she likes and learn about it
then you'll have stuff to talk about - she'll take notice of you if you can tell her something about something she likes that she didnt already know
