I've just sat here and typed out three different answers to this question, before deleting each one. I'm afraid that I cannot (no matter how hard I try), narrow it down to a single thing. I think I would suggest the few ideas that are rolling around in my head, and let you decide which one was best. I figure that if you've got the power to make these things happen, you might also have the wisdom to decide which would be of greatest benefit.
The first idea I came up with is being able to see all of the world's wealth evenly distributed between every human being on Earth. I will never be able to understand those who hoard thousands (or even millions) of pounds for personal use, when some people cannot afford a decent meal or a glass of clean water.
On second thoughts, the others don't matter so much. I would choose this. Hope this helps...
