My head feels like it's spinning. Out of no where I get dizzy, and/or naucous. This has been happening more and more as of recent. Also, I never used to get car sick, and now I can't ride in a car without being in the front seat with the window down, and I still get dizzy and naucous half the time.
What's wrong with me?

Low blood pressure, inner ear infection, side effect of medication... there are too may causes of dizziness to list them all. Nausea usually comes with dizziness, I haven't seen a case of dizziness without nausea. Please do see your doctor.

Diziness can be caused by a number of things, from something as simple as an inner ear infection to a brain tumor. If the diziness is accompanied by nausea, it may be a stomach virus or someting like that. Could you be pregnant? It's best to have yourself checked out by a medical professional.

I'd go see a doctor if I were you. It sounds like it could be an equilibrium issue sometimes caused by ear infections. Also could be your blood pressure is running low. Do you have previous health issues? See a doctor is definitely your best bet to getting it taken care of.

~~~I get car sick,,,,,need the fresh air,,,,I am borderline hypoglycemic,,,,that where the nausia comes in,,,,,,but dont just take my example,,,
Being dizzy could be for a number of reasons,,,,,Untill you see a Dr, and if you have dizzy spells often,,,,please dont drive when you dont feel well,,,,,when you feel dizzy,,,lay down with your feet up,,,that will help bring blood flow back to your head,,,
I strongly suggest you see your Dr. It could be serious or it could be something as simple as needing eye glasses,,,,dont take chances with your health,,,,,
