Diziness can be caused by a number of things, from something as simple as an inner ear infection to a brain tumor. If the diziness is accompanied by nausea, it may be a stomach virus or someting like that. Could you be pregnant? It's best to have yourself checked out by a medical professional.

~~~I get car sick,,,,,need the fresh air,,,,I am borderline hypoglycemic,,,,that where the nausia comes in,,,,,,but dont just take my example,,,
Being dizzy could be for a number of reasons,,,,,Untill you see a Dr, and if you have dizzy spells often,,,,please dont drive when you dont feel well,,,,,when you feel dizzy,,,lay down with your feet up,,,that will help bring blood flow back to your head,,,
I strongly suggest you see your Dr. It could be serious or it could be something as simple as needing eye glasses,,,,dont take chances with your health,,,,,
