I recommend an apple and a walk.
Start with a short walk, don't overdo it on your first day. Gradually increase the time you spend walking and try to increase your speed and distance. Don't forget to drink lots of water.
Try to have just one or two bacon sandwiches an week, and make them a meal rather than an additional snack.
I hope you feel better soon, remember, we would all like to see a slimmer you in the near future!

Eat a bacon sandwich now...I hate hunger pains they are not nice..I'm trying to think of something nice I can munch on because I feel a bit peckish now.

Ok i read enough....
listen..hun for get the bacon sandwich and eat a balanced diet
LOW FAT INTAKE.. LOTS of vegetables,LOTS of fruit, protein the size of your FIST PER DAYand of course your carbs
and you need to get through alot of water
im not telling you not to have the bacon sandwich ok..im just saying earn it...look at it as a treat every now and then, and
start loving yourself and your body you got to your size eating full fat....take up some excercise go see your doctor and have your heart,lungs,blood pressure checked
AND MOST OF ALL DO NOT STARVE YOUR SELF
eat BREAKFAST,LUNCH,DINNER,AND DRINK 2 LITERS OF WATER PER DAY not only will you lose weight you will be fuller

put a bacon sandwich in front of you and smell it while you are eating a regular sandwich you can fool yourself that way
