well there is five in our family,so one of us is chinese.theres my mom and dad,my older brother colin and my younger brother ho chin chow.i think its colin

Actually, 1 in every 4.9 people is chinese. So you're probably right about Colin but Ho Chin Chow might be a little bit chinese too.

Yes, one in five people are Chinese. That doesn't mean that someone in your family is Chinese. By your logic, that means in China only one in five people are Chinese.
