They are the apocrypha and not all of them are even written by the people they are attributed to. Some of it is historical stuff that is not relevant to what we should be doing with our lives.

the issue with those books is very complex. while some believe that it is because they are witten in lost languages like aramaic and need decyphering, others believe that the books hod complex information that can easily be misconstrued for something which wasnt their original purpose.
i like to think it like this: the bible is the bible, and that is that because in the last few verses of the bible(revealations 22:18-19), it says that if you remove from this book as it is, that your name will be removed from the book of life and if you add to this book as it is, then all the plagues written this book shall be added unto you. therefore you kinda cant blame them for not putting those books back.
besides the notion the books were reoved so that early church leadres could have ore sway over their unlearned congreegation is ludicrious, because everyday christians have a hard time figuring out what God means by the things in the bible most of the time and that is a known fact throught out the bible because it started with adam and hasnt stopped till date. so then why would having more books in the bible give us a better understanding of things we already dont understand very clearly. those are just propanganda lies. the bible is the way it is be cause God wanted it that way and that's the bottom line.

The canonical list of the Books of the Bible differs among Jews, and Catholic, Protestant, and Eastern Orthodox Christians
Some books were never in the Bible.
There are 7 books in the Catholic Bible that have been removed from Protestant Bibles.
I have read these books which are not only beautiful, but should be in all Holy Bibles of the Christian faith. Especially Baruch and Maccabees I & II, since both of these persons are mentioned in a Protestant Bible.
Tobias
Judith
Wisdom
Ecclesiasticus
Baruch
Machabees I
Machabees II

Non-canonical books that have been left out of the Bible have been left out for good reasons. Many of them are frauds that were created FAR after the 1st century. Some of them arent even ancient writings like the Gospel of Barnabas; its a medieval book! Could you imagine some nutjob today writing a "Gospel" of Jesus that was contradictory and trying to get it put into the Bible?
The books and letters included in the Bible we know had apostallic support or were written by the apostles themselves, were used by the early church, and most importantly teach the Gospel and dont introduce false teachings which came later.
Dont you want to be able to read the Scriptures that are the authentic apostle-sealed truth and testimony of Jesus that is guranteed monkey-free? Or do you you want to just believe anything written by any religious nutjob that decides what he is writing is a new word from God? Jesus warned us of such people. That is exactly what happened to Mormons!

The original Bible consisted of 73 inspired books, and the complete Bible today consists of those same 73 inspired books. The Protestant Bible of course lacks 7 of those books becauase the founder of the Protestant tradition threw out 7 Old Testament books of God's Word. He also intended to throw out 3 New Testament books, but fortunately his followers had more sense and wouldn't allow it. So the Protestant Bible today has only 66 books, and if their founder had his way it would include only 63.

you will find them in some of the catholic bibles and anglican bibles. there are more books that did not even make it that far. If you read them you will know why. They include stories of genies, hobgoblins and all sorts of magical stuff. More like the Tales of the Arabian knights than what you would expect in a book that is the direct word of god.

Yhere are only 66 books of the Bible that were inspired of God and they are all in there in their entirety those that you claim were left out were not inspired books but accounts of the maccabees of dubvious historical value and not accepted as sacred Scripture by any reputable Bible Scholar or Translator one or 2 religions put them in their versions which dimminishes their value and credibility and as such are Rejected by the majority of Christianity Gorbalizer

The Catholic Church put all the books in the Bible and closed it forever. It was Martin Luther who threw out seven books in the old testament during the Protestant Reformation.
