i am 24 years medical student,slurring in speech start with me early&it makes lots of problems to me.
it is associated with tachycardia &swaeting.
how to treat it?

check to see if you have the other symptoms of a STROKE if it has been long term then you should see a doctor

Is it because you are anxious?Do you get tongue tied? Can't get the words out that you want to say? Slurring sounds more like a stroke, tia, migraine aura? You are in med school you should have acess to medical care. Take advantage of it.

Just be careful, I'm not trying to scare you...but don't leave this symptom and ck with your MD asap. Sudden onset of slurring could be a sign of a stroke.

For slurred speech see your doctor, if there is no underlaying cause speech therapy might help.
