Forgetting things can be a symptom of many things. Vitamin Defiencies/too much of a particular vitamin, extreme stress. Before you start jumping to conclusions, go get an full physical examination from your family doctor.

not necessarily...forgetting things is perfectly normal...everyone forgets something sometimes...as you age, you might forget more things but that isn't necessarily Alzheimer's...Alzheimer's makes you forget differently, like you forget what a hairbrush is used for, not where your hairbrush is.
