Have sex!

Or at least fall in love.

Chocolate cravings are actually seritonin cravings. Chocolate releases this chemical to the brain the same way being in love does.

So, either give in and eat chocolate or fall in love.

If can't stop craving for chocolate for me best way not to eat it all in one go is to put some chunks of chocolate in the freezer and eat one chunk at a time!!! Takes about ten minutes to suck one cube at a time !!!

Just be like everyone else, give in and eat some chocolate, preferably dark chocolate as that is supposed to be better for you than milk chocolate.

It is tough, but you need to get through the carvings and out the other side. Stop eating refined sugar all together for about a month. Eat loads of fruit and veg and un-refined pasta. After a month you will be able to eat it in small quantities. Good luck!

Have more sex. Chocolate has been shown to satisfy sexual cravings; so, hop on the good foot and do the bad thing.

paul mckenna has an exercise - be sure you REALLY want to give up chocolate - you have to repeatedly visualise your favourite chocolate regurgitated and covered in maggots whenever you have a craving. it's disgusting! i hope that helps! if not - switch to a high cocoa content high quality dark chocolate such as green and blacks which is far better for you and very hard to crazily binge on. good luck!
