you don't say how long your pizza has been thawed
if you kept it in the fridge and cooked it the next day,
that will be fine to eat .
Don't risk food poisoning
if it was kept thawed out , for more than a day ---
i would not attempt to use it ,,just throw it away ..
it is good to know you take care of what you eat. !!

Yes, its safe to eat. All the ingriedients on frozen pizza are already cooked. The reason they say dont defrost is because the directions for cooking they provide on the package will not be correct. You can still bake and eat it, just watch it so it doesnt overcook, or undercook. It may take longer to cook, just keep your eyes on it. Its safe.

It gave you recommendation, of course you don't eat it raw, no need to thaw before baking, but since yours had it will only take less time to bake, and it is safe to eat. As long as ou BAKE IT FIRST.

It is not, because if the directions said no, it's no.
But if there is no other option, refreeze and put in the oven then.
Hope you live:)
