I got a 28lb white feline that I groom every 7 or 8 weeks. It has a waxy stripe down its back. I have tryed almost everything, Hexadene works the best any groomers here that can give me some sdvice??

There are actually medical conditions that cause obesity and greasy haircoat in cats. Maybe see a vet.

Grooming your cat about every 7-8 weeks isn't enough.....Give your cat a bath at least once every 2 weeks and comb your cat at least once a day. The waxy strip down it's back could just mean that it has greasy skin. To help clear it up try to bathe the cat once a week, if the waxy strip doesn't clear up I would consult your vet to see if there is something they would recommend.

I'm not a TRUE groomer but I do groom my cat a lot. You need to groom your cat more often. Every day would be best
