Good question. Maybe the Gay"s and Lesbos(who dont seem to be able to maintain relationships for very long) drive is more just pleasure orientated/sexually driven. Maybe their biological make up lacks the maturity to have emotionally fullfilling and loving long term relationships like the heterosexual.
Statistics on this would be interesting.
