I think toast is healthy as it is bread and bread is part of our daily life however depends on type of bread. Wholemeal is better and it goes without saying it is what you put on the toast that is unhealthy but hey a little of what you fancy does you good.
I am not the food police so yes toast is healthy as it is bread but do not eat a whole loaf in one sitting as that aint healthy. lol

Toasting bread does not make it any more or any less healthier than if you dont toast it. Its the type of bread you use that makes it healthy. Whole wheat bread is the healthiest. I buy the NutriGrain white wheat. You can't tell its wheat and its really healthy!

There is a current train of thought in the scientific community that any toasted or burnt organic matter is carcinogenic. So if you like toast, don't make it too dark.

I've actually been hearing bad things about wheat, how grains are not good for us because they have gluten or something, and because toast is bread, I'd be a bit wary.

If you use whole grain breads and limit your use of butter and/or margarin yes! However there are a lot of carbs in bread so you should balance it within your diet. A good quick morning treat is whole grain taost with all natural peanut putter and organic fruit preserves!

apparently burnt toast smeared thoroughly on ones genitalia can get rid of VD.

The only other method to be sure of getting rid of VD is to french kiss a camel or shag camilla parker bollocks.
