If you're in th U.K, try Stainaway. you can get it from Boots or Superdrug for 99p. It's just like a wet wipe specially for hair dye stains, but they work really well.

Soak your finger tips in Castor Oil for about 20 minutes and use a small soft scrub brush. Repeat as necessary. It also works to remove the thick calluses on the heels of your feet (use a pomice stone after soaking the heals in the Castor Oil). I used this to soften and get rid of the calluses of my hands when I stopped competing in Gymnastics (the chalk REALLY dries the skin and the the apparati work, the P-Bars, the Hi-Bar, the Rings, the pommels of the Side Horse, toughens the skin to protect against getting the skin ripped off; I also used it to remove the calluses I had on my knuckles from Martial Arts since I worked to develop calluses and avoid huge, protruding bony knuckles on the fists).
