Both--they both break the law knowingly. One is not worst than the other. One profits more-that is all.

The illegals, the gov and the employers.
The illegals are baking up the wrong tree when they demand rights from the U.S. Gov. They should stay and protest in their own country, and demand better living standards, educations, and jobs to their own people. How can illegals demand rights from the U.S. when they don't even have the rights to be here to begin with? What I also don't understand is, why are they coming to the U.S. and turn the environment into what they are running away from? Take a good look at Los Angeles. Majority of them are hispanic illegals. Instead of going to school, use birth controls, and try to better themselves and contribute to the society, they quit school, don't even bother to speak English, getting all teenage girls pregnants. With little education and financial capacities, they continue to be uneducated and poor generations after generations. Why? They are illegal here is one problem, why are they trying to turn us into Mexico?
The Government is the second blame. If only they would have been more aggressive towards the employers who hire illegal immigrations, this problem wouldn't exist as long as it has. They know about it, and do nothing about it. If they would have fine heavily or even shuts down business who hire illegals, no job = no more illegal immigrants. They can't survive without a job and income.
The employers are the most shamful of all. They are the root of the problem. Whoever out there hire illegals, I hope you will be caught and you should be ashame of yourself.

Both are to blame but the majority of the blame falls on the governments shoulders. They are the ones allowing big business to dictate policy. They are the ones allowing manufacturing companies to move overseas.
The US is slowly becoming a nation that builds nothing. All of our work is becoming service oriented which unfortunately pays very little and requires a lot of cheap labor. This in turn fuels illegal immigration. We have always had illegal immigration into the US but now our government encourages it by only fighting it with symbolic gestures and political rhetoric during election time.

The illegals for coming and the government for not stopping them. You can not blame one without blaming the other .BUT if the bank leaves its doors open and you go in and steal all their money.and you get caught..do you think you as a criminal could get away with saying it was the banks fault, because they left the doors open.....I don't think a judge would buy that defense ,do you ??
And it wouldn't matter if the bank Lured you to it with the promise of free money.......

Both. The government for not enforcing the laws. The illegals for coming illegally and lowering the standards and quality of America.
CJ : Yes, they are partially at fault. Why would they let it go so long? Why do they offer illegals so much?

Both , but you need to lay blame on the Government, because they allowed it to happen for their own gain.

Both, Government, Employers and the illegals,
Let me just say, The illegals are the FIRST and foremost responsible, It was their actions that caused this mess, No one forced them to come here, they knowingly broke the law doing it,
SECOND TO BLAME: Government, For not doing something about it sooner, That's still not taking the spot light of illegals. They are responsible for their own actions.
THIRD TO BLAME: Employers who employ illegal immigrants, knowing that they can pay them low pay.

Blame them for what?
Undocumented Immigrants are just wanted and needed here. They are doing jobs that the normal American wont do. They also do it better for less money. However, I don't know what you re question is as far as blaming who for what.
