You have a common condition known as overprocessing. You've done so much chemical treatment that you've damaged the cuticle and hair shaft. The best thing that you can do to begin with is take a break from ANY type of chemical processing (no more dyeing or perming of any kind) for at least 6 months. Next, use NEXXUS hair therappe products. Some moisture rich shampoo and keratin repair conditioners can help to repair the damage you've done. They also have a small bottle called EMERGENCEE which you use once a week that can reverse the damage if it's not too extensive.
Also, drink lots of water and some daily multivitamins can be beneficial. AVON has a great line which helps to repair hair from the inside out. They are about $9.00 a bottle and are helping me not only treating my hair but helping with regrowth.
After you get some help with the repair part of your hair if you still find that your hair is on the thin side definately go with a hair care line designed for thinnning hair. Pantene has a thickening line of products which really boosts the thickness of hair.
Every 6-8 weeks make sure you go to a hairdresser that you really trust and continue to get the very ends of your hair trimmed which will also help your hair return to a healthy state by getting rid of the dead and split/damaged ends.
You can try going to a dermatologist but they promise nothing that much I know from personal experience. Good luck.

I'd stop dying your hair for a while a let it grow out. The bleach and colour is drying it out and causing it to form split ends. Let your hair grow out, then maybe think about dying it again. And keep getting your hair trimmed every 5 months or so.

Do not dye your hair anymore! If you want to dye it have it done professionally. Also, condition it with a hot oil treatment 2-3 times a week. Try not to blow dry too often either. If you have to blow dry it make sure you use a cream to shield it from the heat. I like Matrix Sleek Look Lite Styling Cream.

Common problem.
Before you wash your hair, condition it, then shampoo, then condition again. Also, wash your hair with your head down, this way your outer layer gets a break.
If you wash it everyday, try to break it up to every other day if u can. Look into dry shampoo:

Dying your hair really damages it, that's why my mom doesn't let me dye mine. Go to a hairdresser though, perhaps even a doctor. They should have something for your hair.
